RunWithIan Events Cancelled Friday, 18 February 2022 due to Storm Eunice

The Weather Forecast for Friday is ‘Amber to Red’ for our region advising against non essential travel and predicts a ‘danger to life’ due to Storm Eunice.

Therefore, I am cancelling all runs to include the Couch to 5k on Friday, 18 February.

No other services or dates are affected as at the time of writing this notice.

If you can, aim to get out today or over the weekend instead please or better yet take the opportunity to rest, reflect and plan - or maybe watch one of these fabulous running movies or books.
