A: Toe Socks!
Okay, running a very long way can be uncomfortable but it can be improved with socks that keep your feet in better condition for longer.
I was first introduced to the concept of wearing toe socks in 2017 and haven't look back, particularly for long runs. Why? ... because I have less #blisters and fewer issues with my feet health and foot hygiene.
Toe socks reduce skin on friction between toes which is one of the key causes of blistering.
#toesocks are available in a variety of weights and lengths for different seasons and running conditions.
The longer versions offer better protection against stinging nettles and shrubbery which may decide to encroach on your enjoyment of your run.
