Many of you have in recent weeks asked me for a shorter online Strength Training Class which you can attend via Zoom lasting 30 minutes only.
Well, hey presto, here you go!
Starting Monday, 21 December 2020 these classes are available to attend as a RunWithIan Member free-of-fee or, on a pay-as-you-go basis; for non-members at a cost of £3 per session.
This bite-sized, 30-minute class is suitable for runners of all abilities, whether you are a seasoned, committed runner, brand new to running or just looking to add some strength and conditioning work to your weekly activities to help prevent injury, increase flexibility and improve strength and muscle mass.
International Members are very welcome to join.
Each class is held via Zoom and includes a warm-up and cool down.
No weights are required.
So grab a bottle of water, a towel and a chair and get yourself booked on.
Classes are currently scheduled each:
- Monday at 0700am London time from 21 December 2020
- Friday at 1800 London time from 1 January 2021
- Sunday at 1830 London time from 3 January 2020
Please note your favourite 55-minute online Strength Training for Runners class held online and the Outdoor 55-minute version remain unaffected.
